Terms and conditions

The free practice days have not timing nor classification.

Lost time for each intervention after an accident is not recoverable.

Any vehicle on the track during the days must be insured (Liability insurance for racing vehicles without vehicle registration card – grey card).

The day is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the driver (between 30 and 15 days before the event: 50% of the commitment will be retained by the organizer / less than 2 weeks, 15 days, before the event: non-refundable).

Vehicles with noise level not in accordance with the circuit regulation may be excluded from participation.

All drivers and passengers must sign a waiver (only in French)

 


Safety rules

The participant agrees to attend the mandatory safety briefing. In case of late arrival the participant must report to the organizer of the day and attend an individual safety briefing before entering the track.

All vehicles must be in good condition (body, mechanics, brakes, shock absorbers, etc…).

Windows and sunroof must be closed. No passengers are allowed in the back of a Tourism GT vehicle.

On the circuit drivers and passengers must wear the safety belt, helmet and suitable clothing (covering entire body and fireproof suit for race cars).

Drivers will respect the flags.

Drivers should regularly look in their mirrors to see if someone wants to overtake.

The slowest driver keeps its path and the competitor overtakes in safe conditions.

The driver should always drive slowly in the pits lane as well as in the Paddock.

It is forbidden to zigzag on the track.

It is forbidden to take shortcuts, to reverse, to make U-turn, to drive the opposite way on the circuit. It is forbidden to take the track entrance contra flow, to ride on roadsides, to stop on the track, except in case of force majeure.

In case of mechanical failure, stop on the roadside, out of the way and in a safe place and obey the instructions given by the marshals.

Drifting is forbidden.

When a vehicle goes off the track and needs an intervention nobody is authorized to access the circuit besides the track staff, unless prior agreement.

When a pilot goes off the track, he must follow the marshals’ instructions.


Material damage and accidents

In case of accident, should the driver have any doubts about his health, he must stay still and wait for help without moving.

In case of property damage following a crash, the pilot must pay the damages done (safety rail, stacked tires, fire extinguisher, etc…) to the circuit infrastructure.

In case of material damage to vehicles caused between participants, the organizer will not take position on the settlement of any dispute whatsoever, leaving the protagonists to agree as adults and responsible persons.

Any driver is civilly and criminally liable for physical injury and material damage that he may cause.


Sanctions

Any damage to the image and disrespect against the organizer, other drivers, circuit’s employees and its management may be sanctioned.

Anyone not complying with these policies or with a dangerous and unsuitable behaviour will be excluded from the circuit with no refund.

In case of dispute, the French version of these Terms and Conditions shall be considered as the reference.
