Designated First Center of Excellence by the FIA Institute for Motorsport Safety in 2005, homologated by the FIA in 2006, the circuit reopened its doors to the public in 2009 and now hosts motor racing events (F1, FIA GT, F3, Le Mans Series, etc…) and motorcycles (Bol d’or)

The outline oblong in shape, is characterized by the long straight line of the Mistral. 1.8 km long, it can be altered by the north chicane built in 1986. Another characteristic of the outline is its flatness. The length of the track in its F1 configuration is 5.861 km; it is also the longest configuration of the circuit.

Finally, one of the features assimilated to the circuit is its asphalt clearing areas covered with strips of abrasive surface of blue and red colors. They are made of a mixture of asphalt and tungsten and offer different levels of abrasiveness

It is located in the Var department near the towns of Signes and Le Castellet, between Toulon and Marseille in the South of France.

2 groups (a GT group and a single-seater group) with 7 sessions of 30 minutes (3h30 of driving per group).
